    • Non-Refundable: All Sample Pack purchases are final and non-refundable. These items are sold at a reduced cost for preview purposes and are not intended for resale.

    • Contents: Each pack includes one sample of every label material we offer in your selected size (2×2", 3×3", or 4×4"). Designs and colors may vary from product images.

    • Shipping: Sample Packs typically ship within 1–2 business days. Shipping times depend on the carrier. Tracking information will be provided once shipped.

    • Limitations: Samples are for material and print quality reference only. They are not intended as finished products for your brand or event.

    • Delivery Time: Standard shipping takes approximately 3–7 business days within the U.S. Delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

    • Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed once your order has shipped.

    • Free Shipping Threshold: Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping.

    • Responsibility: Once your order is handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delays or lost packages. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier if needed.
