    All vehicle magnet orders are custom-made to your approved design. Once approved, all sales are final—we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom magnets.

    Please review your digital proof carefully before approval. We do not begin production until your approval is received.

    🛠️ Application & Surface Responsibility

    It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure magnets are applied to clean, flat, metal surfaces. Magnets will not stick to non-metal, textured, or heavily curved surfaces (e.g., aluminum, plastic, or contoured panels).

    To avoid damage or paint fading:

    • Remove magnets weekly to clean both the magnet and vehicle

    • Avoid use during extreme weather or on freshly waxed surfaces

    • Do not leave magnets on the vehicle for extended periods without removal

    Every order includes a free digital proof. We do not begin printing until you approve it. Once approved, changes cannot be made.

    📦 Processing Time

    • All vehicle magnet orders are made to order and ship within 2–3 business days after your proof is approved.

    • We do not print until we receive your final approval.

    🕒 Same-Day Shipping Cutoff

    • Approve your proof by 3:00 PM (Central Time), and we’ll do our best to ship the same day (Mon–Fri).

    • Orders approved after 3 PM or on weekends will ship the next business day.

    🚛 Carriers & Tracking

    • Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx based on size and destination

    • Tracking number included with every order

    📦 Free Shipping

    • Free shipping on all orders over $100 (U.S. only)
