    All banner orders are custom-made to your approved design and size. Please review your proof carefully before approving, as we do not accept returns or exchanges for custom prints.

    🔁 Order Accuracy

    We guarantee that your banner will match the approved proof in size, content, and layout. If you notice a production error (something that doesn’t match your approved design), contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.

    🖼️ Design Approval

    Every order includes a free digital proof. We do not begin printing until you approve it. Once approved, changes cannot be made.

    📦 Order Processing & Turnaround

    • Orders are processed and printed only after your proof is approved.

    • Most banner orders ship within 1–3 business days after approval.

    • For larger or bulk orders, additional time may be needed—we’ll always keep you updated.

    🕒 Same-Day Shipping

    • Orders approved before 3:00 PM (Central Time) ship the same business day (Mon–Fri).

    • Orders approved after 3 PM or on weekends will ship the next business day.

    🚛 Shipping Methods

    • We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx depending on size and destination.

    • All orders include tracking info once shipped.

    • Free shipping on orders over $100 (U.S. only)

    🌎 International Shipping

    Yes, we ship worldwide! Please allow extra time for international delivery and customs clearance.
